What is Balance scorecard?The Balance scorecard is a strategic management tool which will help you implement your strategy and measure your progress towards achieving your strategic goals and objectives. The BSC development process begins with your strategic objectives. The development process firstly entails identifying the most important aspects of your business at which you must excel in order to achieve your objectives. You will identify the key drivers of business performance. Setting up measures (or KPI’s) associated with these areas which ensure your employees focus on them and improve performance.
